FAERE Doctoral workshop

FAERE Doctoral Workshop 2021
06/16/2021 – Online

FAERE is pleased to announce the launch of its first doctoral workshop, which was held on June, the 16th afternoon, by videoconference.

Doctoral students working in environmental, resource and energy economics were invited to present their papers, research projects or thesis chapters.

The workshop hosted both theoretical and empirical work, with varying degrees of progress.

The objective was first to open a space for academic and friendly discussion.
It was also to bring together the community of PhD students in environmental, resource and energy economics, to allow them to present their work in progress, to share their experiences, to test a research idea or to submit to peers certain research difficulties so that proposals for solutions can be formulated and discussed.
The presentation could be made in English or French.

The program of this first half-day consisted of 30mn presentations, followed by a short discussion by a PhD student and a senior researcher.

Students had to be up to date with their registration fees at the time of the workshop.
