November 24-25, 2022 – Bourget du Lac
FAERE and SOLAR ACADEMY are pleased to announce the launch the second edition of the doctoral workshop, which will be held on November, Thursday afternoon 24 and Friday 25 November in Le Bourget du Lac.
Doctoral students working in environmental, natural resources and energy economics are invited to present their papers, research projects or thesis chapters.
The workshop will host both theoretical and empirical work, with varying degrees of progress. All submissions are therefore welcome.
The objective is first to open a space for academic and friendly discussion. It is also to bring together the community of PhD students in environmental, resource and energy economics, to allow them to present their work in progress, to share their experiences, to test a research idea or to submit to peers certain research difficulties so that proposals for solutions can be formulated and discussed.
The presentation can be made in English or French.
The program of this first half-day will consist of 30mn presentations, followed by a short discussion by a PhD student and a senior researcher.
If you wish to participate and present a research project or a paper, please submit a long abstract (1000 words maximum), before October, the 19th to the following address: .
Selected students must be up to date with their registration fees at the time of the workshop. At the time of acceptance, students who wish to do so may also apply to have their mission expenses covered.
For this first event jointly organized by FAERE and the SOLAR ACADEMY, a visit of the INES (National Institute for Solar Energy) experimental platforms and premises will be organized.
