Teacher-Researcher in Economics
Galatasaray University (Istanbul) is looking for a teacher-researcher in economics for the second semester of the 2024-2025 academic year and for a period of 19 months. With a PhD in this field, he/she will be required to teach 10 hours a week, in French, at Galatasaray University’s Faculty of Economics and Administration. The contract will be drawn up by the Cooperation and Cultural Action Department of the French Embassy in Turkey.
The candidate will be expected to take charge of compulsory undergraduate courses in at least one of the main fields, such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, statistics/econometrics, as well as optional courses at M1 level, preferably in one of the following fields: international economics, economics of information and uncertainty, public economics, environmental economics, health economics.
