PhD in Economics: Urban climate and residential market

The INRAE-CESAER unit is hiring a PhD candidate (3 years full-time) to work on the effects of the multiplication of extreme climatic events, through an analysis of household location choices and real estate markets. The prospective PhD candidate will be supervised by Sophie Legras, INRAE researcher, and Camille Régnier, assistant professor at l’Université Paris Est Créteil, will be part of the consortium of the ANR GREENLAND project and will benefit from the academic networks locally (Université de Bourgogne Franche-Comté), nationally (Université Paris-Dauphine, INRAE-SMART) and internationally (Luxembourg University, Athens University, Syracuse University).
